Who this is for
You’ve built the career. The title. The performance everyone believes. Underneath it, a quiet knowing that the man you show isn’t the whole man. You’ve tried the retreat, the book, the coach. You felt it for a week and slid back by the ninetieth day. That’s not a character flaw. It’s a lack of reps. True North is six months of them, on your own, at your pace. Set your heading before you commit to a year of holding it.

A prompt each of those mornings. Read it when you wake and carry it into the day. A Temper check-in each evening: three questions, and you rate the day Forged, Solid, or Resisted. The week works one thing and deepens it. On Day 5 you Quench, where the week’s work sets. If you want more, carry it into Days 6 and 7. That’s your call. Rest is where training takes hold, not where it stops.

Questions
What if I miss a day?
You pick it up the next morning. The work doesn’t expire. Missing a rep isn’t failure. Quitting is.
Do I have to do Ronin Forged after?
No. True North stands on its own, six months, start to finish. If you want the full year, your payments carry over.
Why six months and not the year?
Because a year is a big first ask, and it should be. True North lets you prove the method on yourself before you commit to holding the line for twelve months with a cohort.
Only five cards a week?
On purpose. Five days of work, then the Quench. Rest is part of the rep, not a break from it. If you want to carry a week into Days 6 and 7, the room is there. Recovery is where the change locks in.
Refunds?
14 days.
