A HedequistX Center of Excellence program
Ronin Forged

You’ve run the retreats. Read the books. Hired the coach. Each one moved you for a week, maybe ninety days, and then the ground gave out and you were standing where you started. That isn’t weakness, and nothing in you is broken. It’s a training problem. Insight is not a rep. You don’t rise to what you learned. You rise to what you’ve trained. A campaign is how you train it. Not for a weekend. For a year.
Anyone can hand you a framework. Frameworks sit in a notebook. What you’re after is the response that fires under pressure before you reach for it, the one that’s yours now instead of a technique you’re trying to remember. That only comes from reps, run over time. A year is long enough for the new self to stop being a decision you make and start being the default you live.

What a Tuesday looks like
6 a.m. One card. A prompt and the day’s rep. You carry it into whatever the day hands you. That evening, the Temper: three questions, and you rate the day. Forged, Solid, or Resisted. Honest, fast, three minutes. Five days a week. On Day 5 you Quench, where the week’s work sets. If you want to carry it into the weekend, that’s your call. Rest is part of the rep, not a break from it. Then the next week, one layer deeper.

Three ways to run it
Individual
Self-paced. You and the work.
Cohort
A group that starts and finishes together. Monthly live call, and me in the room. Capped.
One on one
Two calls a month and direct access. The deepest version of the campaign.
Who this isn’t for
If you want a hack, a quick fix, or someone to tell you you’re already fine, this isn’t it. If you won’t run five cards a week, don’t start. The campaign only works if you run it. That’s not a warning. It’s the whole point.

Start with True North
Not ready for the year? True North is the 180-day lead-in. Same method, half the distance. Six months to set your heading before you commit to twelve months of holding it.
Questions
How much time per day?
Under five minutes of reading. The rest is how you live the day.
What if I miss a day?
You miss a day. You do not miss two. The Resistance Library has a page on exactly this.
When does it start?
The Monday after you are accepted.
Is there a refund?
Fourteen days. After that you are in.
Do I need the cohort?
No. You need the reps. The cohort makes quitting harder.
Can I do True North first?
Yes. Most people should.
